Hygiene rules, delivery, payment and return
- Scope of application
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on our online store.
They may be modified at any time. The version valid at the time of placing the order order is applicable.
The images and catalog are for illustrative purposes only. They are indicative and do not constitute contractual documents/conditions.
- Ordering/Contracting
An online order is regarded as a request to conclude a contract. The contract is only validly concluded when the order is confirmed.
The seller reserves the right to refuse any or all orders at the time of order confirmation, subject to stock availability.
- Cancellation/Absence
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of receipt of order confirmation. Otherwise, the invoice amount is due in full.
If the “shop delivery” option is selected and the purchaser fails to collect the to collect the order, a lump sum of CHF 50.00 will be charged.
If the purchaser is absent at the time of delivery, the invoice amount is due in full.
- Price
Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (including VAT).
The prices indicated in store for each product (per 100gr or per piece) are identical to those are identical to those in our butcher’s shop.
Packaging and delivery costs are entirely at our expense.
The amount indicated in the order and order confirmation is provisional. Items need to be weighed. The final price therefore depends on this weighing. Only the final amount indicated on the invoice given on delivery is binding.
- Delivery
Delivered products are vacuum-packed and transported by refrigerated truck, with no interruption to the cold chain.
the order processing time is 24 hours excluding working days.
Saturday evening and Sunday: delivery on Monday from 12:00.
Deliveries can also be made on days and at times agreed with the purchaser.
The buyer must be present at the time of delivery.
- Payment
The means of payment are:
- Cash
- Credit cards
- Debit cards, except Postcard
- Twint
- On invoice (on request).
- Warranty and return policy
We guarantee the absolute freshness of our products.
The cold chain be interrupted. Products must therefore be stored at the right temperature be stored at the correct temperature by the purchaser.
The buyer must immediately inspect the goods on delivery.
Once this period has elapsed, the warranty is expressly excluded for defects as well as for any action attributable to the purchaser (improper handling of the product or interruption of the cold chain).
- Applicable law
Swiss substantive law applies.
