The contract is only validly concluded when the order is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The seller reserves the right to refuse any or all orders at the time of order confirmation, subject to stock availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cancellation\/Absence<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of receipt of order confirmation. Otherwise, the invoice amount is due in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the &#8220;shop delivery&#8221; option is selected and the purchaser fails to collect the to collect the order, a lump sum of CHF 50.00 will be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the purchaser is absent at the time of delivery, the invoice amount is due in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Price<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (including VAT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The prices indicated in store for each product (per 100gr or per piece) are identical to those are identical to those in our butcher&#8217;s shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Packaging and delivery costs are entirely at our expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The amount indicated in the order and order confirmation is provisional. Only the final amount indicated on the invoice given on delivery is binding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Delivery<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Delivered products are vacuum-packed and transported by refrigerated truck, with no interruption to the cold chain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>the order processing time <\/strong>is 24 hours excluding working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Saturday evening and Sunday:<\/strong> delivery on Monday from 12:00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deliveries can also be made on days and at times agreed with the purchaser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The buyer must be present at the time of delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Payment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The means of payment are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cash<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credit cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Debit cards, except Postcard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Twint<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On invoice (on request).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Warranty and return policy<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We guarantee the absolute freshness of our products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cold chain be interrupted.
